About Lhc-far-fwrd-flare-l | |
An intense flux of neutrinos of all flavors is expected in the far forward regions of the LHC collisions. Light dark matter models also predict an intense forward flux. An experimental program at the LHC has interest across neutrino physics, astrophysics, as well as dark matter searches. This group shall discuss the requirements, conceptual design, and engineering estimates for a liquid argon detector in the far forward region.
