Hi,

you need to "commit" changes first:

Cheers,
Ilija

Hi llija

Yes, I installed githubs windows but not seeing any option to select the files.

What I am doing is : I click on top left corner and create repo.

Asks for Name and path was automatic.I gave path say CondorExampleFirst...

It creates a dir. in path:  Documents/Githubs/CondorExample...

I copied all my files used for condor batch submission in that dir. Documents/Githubs/CondorExample/.

I could see the files now in GitHub... If I click publish then it says

"FAILED to publish this branch..A branch must have at least one commit before it can be published. Try commiting your changes first before publishing the branch"

Where I am going wrong?

Thanks
Harinder

Hello,

I need a help!  I created a repository to transfer my package into GitHub but I dont see any option to choose files to transfer over there.

I am using Windows machine with a folder of all the files on my Desktop. Now, When I create new repository, It asks for title, info and make it a new repositories. But I dont see how to transfer files to that newly made repo.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated

thanks
Harinder
