Hello all,

There have been some network issues this morning connecting to ATLAS 
Connect from CERN, and vice versa. The problem seems to have been 
transient, but we have not heard anything from network engineers. We are 
still seeing a small amount of loss along some paths to CERN, so there 
may still be some lingering issues.

We will send an update once we know more.
