We’re back into a semi-working state (storage looks good, but login.usatlas.org isn’t usable). Would you or other users be able to utilize CVMFS and let me know if the output is what you expect and your commands complete in a reasonable time?

We don’t have a root cause at the moment, though it is leading towards an external service at UC. Squid is the current lead where the problem may be.
