Hi,
I have been trying to setup and learn how to reuse ATLAS Connect, but when I am attempting to login via Globus and my institution (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) I am met with a "Create Profile" page, yet when I try to complete it I am told that my Unix username (feickert) already exists.
I believe that I setup an ATLAS Connect account sometime in 2013, but that is now so long ago I do not remember any of the specifics. Can you advise me as to what I might be doing wrong and how I can try to restore access for myself?

I tried emailing support AT connect.usatlas.org about this, but I've been getting warning responses from MAILER-DAEMON AT mail.mwt2.org that my message is undelivered.
Best,
Matthew
