Dear All,
     Bob couldn't make our meeting last Friday due to illness. He'd asked 
last Friday morning whether we could squeeze in a Special meeting this week 
to hear what he's been working on, we discussed it at last Friday's mtg, and 
the only time that seemed possible was just after the eRHIC ring-ring design 
meeting. The ring-ring design meeting starts at 2 pm, so this would suggest a 
start time of about 3:30 pm Wednesday.
     I should have sent this query out earlier, but, do we want to squeeze in 
this meeting tomorrow afternoon?
     Please send a reply to the list indicating your preference (yes or
no) and whether you could attend it it occurs at 3:30 pm (yes or no). If 
there is sufficient interest and availability I'll send another E-mail 
announcing the mtg.
