The second pdf file gives parameters for the peak luminosity parameters for:

1   VHL with standard dp/p=6.5 e-4 giving 10.7 10^33        tau trans 7.3  
tau long  7.8  hr 

2   VHL with lowered dp/p=3.25 e-4 giving 6.68 10^33      tau trans 2.6  tau 
long  11  hr

3  HL with standard dp/p=6.5 e-4 giving 2.89 10^33          tau trans 9.9  
tau long  10.5  hr

4  HL with lowered dp/p=3.25 e-4 giving 1.91 10^33       tau trans 3.5  tau 
long  14.9  hr

In the second table it also gives an estimate of the transverse IBS times 
that are much worse for the low dp/p cases. The estimated charges need to 
cool those cases are also much worse. The dependencies are given in a note I 
never published given in the first pdf file.
