Below please find the minutes from our meeting on Friday March 31st.

The meeting started with a brief discussion of the agenda. Elke gave the news that, as of the previous day (March 30th) Richard Petty has left BNL. The future of the simulations effort is, at this point, uncertain.
We then proceeded to go through Bob's latest eRHIC IR presentation slides for the upcoming Validation review. General comments were that the overall talk looks quite good now. We walked through and discussed tweaks slide by slide, with Bob keeping notes of the specific suggestions.
We then confirmed that the next meeting would occur on April 14th. The preliminary agenda items are:
- Discussion of the review outcome
- Simulation effort evolution/status

Finally, Holger walked the group through a few slides on a new idea that he and Brett had been contemplating for a simpler design to get a field free region for the electron beam's passage through the B0 magnet. The new idea is to use what called a Halbach magnet.
