Dear All, 

I am taking a day off and will miss this meeting. And since a goal of the meeting, as stated last time, is to confirm Bob's parameter tables for e-p without cooling, I want to express my opinion that the Tables look great, in terms of transverse beam parameters in the interaction point and luminosities and should be released.

Just note again that SR power column should be corrected, as has been pointed out few times, using present/correct numbers for loss per turn, which are:  2.5 MeV (5 GeV),  5 MeV (10 GeV) and 38.3 MeV (18 GeV). These numbers could be verified, of course, with lattice experts (Steve,Scott). Also they should add to the table the values of electron energy spread and damping times.

Then, I assume, RF group (Kevin Smith) could revise/add longitudinal beam parameters (including synchrotron tune) and RF parameters for both electrons and protons. Including bunch lengthening cavity for electrons.

Then I will add ST time/equilibrium polarization/Touschek time (shown on Wednesday).
