    With Holger having something he's like to present, and then his absence for a few weeks, we'll have a short meeting at 2 pm. Christoph and Alexander, I understand that you both have other commitments, and hence I expect that you'll miss today's mtg. I'll try to get out minutes from today's meeting quickly, and ask Holger to send his presentation for others to see.

Hi All,
    Thanks to a reminder from Holger, I realize that the whether we 
have an eRHIC IR design mtg today was left a bit open after we canceled 
last week. I know Elke will be away for both today and next week, but I 
don't know of the availability of others.
    If we cancel today, and push it to next week, we'll be back in 
synch with the every two week schedule. The alternative is to meet 
today, and then decide the next meeting date.
    The topics that we'd discussed for this next meeting were an update 
on the status of matching the IR optics to the rest of the lattice, and 
any geometry update, plus of course, All Other Business.
    So, do any of you have an opinion between meeting today at 2:00, or 
pushing it off to next week. Personally I'm OK either way. I'll send out 
another E-mail by 1:45 pm with a decision.
