the complete writeup on the requirements. Only one update is to make the plots for fig 9 a bit more clear. 

I appreciate feedback on what I might have missed or is not clear. 

What is not discussed is requirements on the bckground due to vacuum and synchrotron radiation as we do not have any truly concrete information yet.

If it is needed I can write some general things on it, not obvious how useful this might be.
