Dear All,
    I understand that a number of people were not going to be able to 
attend tomorrow's eRHIC IR Design mtg. I also understand that a majority 
of the usual participants in the meeting have discussed postponing the 
meeting by one week, so this is what we'll do.
    The IR Design meeting originally schedule for 3 pm on Friday July 
6th is canceled.
    Our next meeting will be on Friday July 13th, starting at 3 pm. 
Please note that the RHIC Retreat is scheduled to end about 3:10 pm on 
the 13th. I may thus be a bit late to the IR Design mtg, so I'll ask 
Elke or Ferdi to run the meeting.
    The major topic at the meeting will a discussion of the cost 
estimate for the magnets in the current IR Design, and possible 
strategies and changes to reduce these costs.
