Dear All,
    This is a reminder that we'll have the first eRHIC IR design
meeting of the New Year tomorrow, Friday January 4th, starting at 2:30
pm in the LCR. I've asked to have a usual meeting notice to get sent out
as well.
    Draft Agenda items are:
    - As suggested by Elke back in December, a discussion to determine
if the recent (i.e. post pCDR baseline) IR design studies are complete
enough (e.g. have solutions for matching to the hadron and electron
rings, etc.) that they should be studied via simulations for the Physics
program acceptances and performance.
   - A presentation by Doug of his preliminary concept for the 6IR
forward systems that he sent around on 12/28.
   - A short discussion of the new change control process for the eRHIC
configuration.
   - All other business
    If anyone has a suggestion for the meeting yu can forward it to the
list before the meeting, or just bring it up at the start of the meeting
and we'll add it to the agenda.
