Dear All,
     We didn't discuss an agenda for today's eRHIC IR Design mtg at the 
end of our previous mtg. I'll make a point of it at today's mtg.
     Below please find a draft agenda for today's mtg, starting at 2:30 
pm in the LCR. The first order of business today, as for all meetings, 
will be to go over the draft Agenda and add/delete items as people wish.

1.) A quick discussion of any comments people might have about the IR 
Design plans/presentations for next week's review.
2.) An update from Stephen on the status of matching to the Electron ring.
3.) A discussion of aspects of the baseline design that people feel 
should have/need further study or optimization (i.e. magnet apertures, 
etc.) 4.) An update, if any, from Guillaume on matching to the Hadron ring.
5.) Bob had a presentation on the path length vs the beam energy that we 
didn't hear last week.If he's available.
6.) Draft agenda for the next meeting.
