I forgot to attach the minutes to my previous email.  They are attached this time.

I understand there was also some confusion regarding where the minutes file is located in the eRHIC IR SharePoint.  The minutes file (2019-09-20_minutes.pdf) is located here in the 2019.09.20 folder in the Documents section.

My apologies for the mix-up and confusion,
