Subject: [Ecce-eic-public-l] Upcoming ECCE IB meetings

Dear ECCE Enthusiasts:

The ECCE Consortium will begin holding regular meetings of the Institutional Board starting Monday, April 12^th. These meetings are open to everyone. Their main purpose will be to inform the community with reports from the ECCE teams and working groups and solicit feedback.

The Indico agenda for the first meeting is available at:

Please note that the first meeting will start at 8AM EDT. We plan to vary the meeting time to try to accommodate our collaborators across the US as well as in Asia and Europe. Meetings will be held every two week, so the schedule of meetings through May will be:

May 10^th

May 24^th

Times and agendas for these meetings will be announced later, after we consult with IB members. Please mark these dates on your calendar, and we look forward to seeing everyone there!
