Dear ECCE Collaborators:

By now you’ve probably seen that the ECCE teams and working groups are up and running, as evidenced by the number of meetings that have been scheduled and the Doodle poll requests. The activity surrounding ECCE is going to ramp up substantially in the coming week, and we wanted to help out with some ways to keep track.

The ECCE Indico site is our master list of all our meetings and agendas, and we’re asking our team and working group convenors to add scheduled meetings to Indico at least 4-6 weeks out so people can coordinate their schedule. There is an Indico calendar available at:

https://indico.bnl.gov/category/339/calendar

that will allow you to browse the schedule of meetings in a simplified fashion, and you can download a calendar file from the category pages:

https://indico.bnl.gov/category/339/

that can be imported into your favorite calendar application.
