Dear ECCE Exclusive, Diffractive and Tagging Enthusiasts:

Due to the proposal and analysis notes submission deadline (today, Dec 
1st). We will not have a meeting this week.

We would like to invite everyone to take a last look at the analysis 
note and make last minute changes first thing in the morning (EDT), we 
plan to freeze the submission version of the analysis note around 9 am 
(EDT) tomorrow.

Please note that you can still make changes and updates after proposal 
submission, in fact, this is encouraged.

Please also note that we should continue to refine our analysis and 
studies in anticipating the homework from the proposal reviewing 
committee. Looking forward, there will be a new simulation launch in 
preparation for answering the homework questions, our two WG will be 
part of it.

We will have a meeting next week to touch base with everyone and bring 
you the latest news, in the main while, if you have any inquires, please 
don't hesitate to email us.
