Dear ECCE Collaborators,

We are excited and proud to let you know that the ECCE proposal was just submitted to the EIC project.

The proposal, along with 805 pages of tech-notes, is available on the ECCE website with the same password as we used for the draft circulation (see here).

This is a monumental achievement and we should all be proud of ourselves for producing such an impressive proposal. Please take the night to get some well deserved rest as (late) tomorrow we will start working towards the Dec. 13-15 review presentations.
