      We would like to invite you to join the EIC project tracking working group based on the joint ATHENA and ECCE studies towards the EIC detector 1 design. Please sign up for the eic-project-tracking-l mailing list below:

      The EIC project tracking working group kickoff meeting will be held before Apr. 29^th, 2022. The doodle poll survey for the kickoff meeting (meeting time window: Apr. 22 to 28) is below, and please select your preferred meeting time by 5PM US eastern time Apr. 21^st,

       In the kickoff meeting, we will discuss the schedule, focus topics and plan for future meetings. Your participation is critical to deliver a successful pre-CDR (CDR) involving all topics, such as the detector optimization and integration, new technology choices, cost and schedule updates and risk mitigation.

 

       Following the kickoff meeting, we will send a second doodle poll for our weekly meetings, we plan to pick up two meeting times in turns to collect inputs and contributions from colleagues locate in different time zones. The indico meeting page is below:
