Dear All,

           Thank you for your doodle poll feedback, after communicating with other WGs to avoid meeting conflicts. We have selected the 11:00AM US eastern time every other Thursdays as the tracking WG meeting time. The first bi-weekly meeting will be on May 19 (this Thursday). We would like to start a series of discussions and studies about the technology options, detector geometry optimization, simulation verification, cost and schedule updates.
