Dear All,

           We will meet at 11:00AM US eastern time on June 16 (this Thursday) for the EIC detector 1 tracking working group weekly meeting. As we are approaching the EICUG July deadline, after communicating with the steering committee, we will switch to a weekly meeting organization to allow dedicated discussions for the associated tasks/topics. The next meeting time will be discussed and announced.

          We have invited Elke, Zhengqiao, Rey and Kei to present and lead the discussion for the EIC background studies.
