We are very happy in letting you know that we have received the 
"go-ahead" from the SC and the Exclusive, Diffractive and Tag Group 
Summary paper has been submitted to arXiv last night. It is scheduled to 
be announced later today. (see submission message below)

The paper will be submitted to the NIM A special issue tomorrow.
