Hello Jerome,

Since it is mentioned in your summary -
I want to add/obtain a little more precision to the Zenodo item -
from what I understood in the last week's Zenodo meeting SDCC indeed
is willing to commit to creation and maintenance of a Zenodo instance
for PHENIX, but my impression was not that it was a firm decision and
work and resources have been allocated.

It is a firm decision and resources HAVE been allocated as reported.
The instance for PHENIX is aimed at being a production instance.

Since at BNL is is a custom installation of Zenodo or actually a port of
the system as opposed to installation this leaves some questions about >
future migration to the Invenio RDM backend and future of the UI/skin

Sorry you lost me here. What you asked is a zenodo instance "as-is"
i.e. like the one deployed at CERN. This is what will be provided.
Milestone M12 (see minutes) indicates all features would be supported
in a transition plane for Invenio RDM.

which is currently a custom fork of the code. I'll discuss this offline
with Carlos and others, just want to register that (unless I'm very mistaken)
a PHENIX instance at BNL is not a firm decision and it's not clear
whether it's optimal.

Thank you,
Maxim
