EIC/BNL Computing discussion

        Our biweekly meeting conflicts with a EIC sub-panel
I need to attend. Sorry for the late notice but we will not have
it today. Brief news include:

- zenodo production deployment should be up
  [Do we have the keywords?]

- storage not in house yet but
  + ... federated storage is being setup
    I did discuss this with Graham and will follow with their folks
  + also discussion to add storage to BNLBox

- Cost estimates for streaming DAQ indicates it is feasible (Jlab
  cost estimates). JLab/BNL computing meeting are going pretty
  well.

- We had a meeting with ITD management to discuss couple issues
  + Federated ID - decision was that I and BNL's CSO will write
    a plan for a BNL/JLAB approach (the idea was that it is best
    to start with national labs focused use case rather than
    including Universities - will expand later)
  + User registration: I have other data points - should be 3 days
    We are discussing with ITD on removing more ambiguities - they
    still have a two page navigation with redundant info

  [Are we close with the consolidated PhoneBook?]

+ Other:
  . Support for EIC batch wrapper (SUMS) being tested
  . We have the new CUA approved by legal (adds wording for
    the use of cloud services).
  . I am relaunching the discussion on sharing of data via
    BNLBox [moving carefully yes but should not be a problem] ...
