Dear Colleagues,
We regret to announce that the 26th CHEP scheduled for 16-20 May 2022 will be delayed by a year to May 2023. This difficult decision was made by the Local Organizing Committee and the management of the host institution after consultation with the International Advisory Committee. It was clear that continuing forward with planning for May 2022 presented considerable risks. In particular, planning a program of CHEP’s high standard when, for many, international travel is still uncertain.
Conference registration and abstract submission has been closed and we apologize to those who have already submitted abstracts. The conference website will be updated, and further information distributed at a later date.
Please reach out to chep2022-secretariat AT jlab.org <mailto:chep2022-secretariat AT jlab.org> with any questions.
We very much look forward to meeting you in Norfolk in 2023 when we hope that conditions will allow a vibrant in person conference.
Amber, Graham, Paul, Raffaella, Pat, And Xavier (Conference and PC Chairs).
