Hi,

among a few of us we have been working during the last week on a first version of our work package structure within a joint project for the LFHCal and insert. Please have a look at the attached diagram.

Whilst we have identified a few key institutions and people for the different tasks already, we certainly have lots of room for other groups to come in and take on very important tasks/roles.

Let us know what you think of this first version and feel free to volunteer yourself or your group for the remaining open tasks.
