- Subject: [Eic-projdet-erd107-l] weekly LFHCal meeting
- Date: Mon, 5 Feb 2024 19:53:25 -0500
Dear LFHCal & insert enthusiasts,
during last weeks meeting we discussed a bit of a change in our meeting structure.
The proposal, which was accepted by those present, is shifting our meetings to 2pm - 3:30pm and going to a weekly meeting mode. Please let me know if that, has significant conflict for those which couldn't be present in the last meeting.
This modified time and meeting frequency is meant to ease the communication within the growing LFHCal and insert collaboration.
Moreover we agreed upon standing slots for the different institutions as well as general interest topics like (mechanics, electronics, simulations, scintillators...). I have created the agenda's for the following weeks accordingly and tried to associate the corresponding people, if you weren't registered in the BNL indico yet I couldn't add you. So please let me know, once you have created an account and I'll make sure you get added to the correct slots. The same applies in case I missed a general topic or institutions of course.
These standing slots are not mandatory, but we would like to encourage everyone to give small updates whenever there is something to report. Moreover, you are welcome to request another dedicated slot for an extended presentation. We will try to accommodate those as much as possible.

For those who haven't yet subscribed to the erd107 mailing list (eic-projdet-erd107-l AT lists.bnl.gov) please do so in order to stay up to date on our detector.
Hope to see many of you on Wednesday!
Regards,
Friederike
