Dear LFHCal enthusiast,

as you can see below, we will have to hand in our beam time request for 
the PS/SPS by 21st of October to the PS&SPS coordinators. Given the 
complexity of our system and constraints from production of hopefully 8 
modules, I am not expecting to have TB before middle of August. 
Nominally if we would like to go to the SPS we will also have to have 
the TB before the end of September.

Consequently, I would need as much information from your side which 
dates are really impossible next year for you, as I will need to give a 
preferred period which fits as much people as possible. So please have a 
look at next years calendar and let me know during Wednesdays meeting, 
whether you/your students would be available in general and which dates 
would really be impossible in the above given time frame.

This is the official call for beam requests for the 2025 PS and 
SPS Fixed Target Program. *Please submit your requests by Monday October 
21^th  2024*.

For the LHC experiments, *ALICE, ATLAS, CMS & LHCb*, please submit your 
request to your experiment’s test-beam coordinator as soon as possible:

 * ALICE: Arturo Tauro
 * ATLAS: André Rummler
 * CMS: Dragoslav Lazic
 * LHCb: Loris Martinazzoli

For *GIF++*, please submit your request to the GIF++ Physics Coordinator
