Hi Chandra,
To use IRT2, you need
git clone git AT github.com:eic/irt.git
cd irt
git checkout pfrich-update
cd -
git clone git AT github.com:eic/EICrecon.git
cd EICrecon
git checkout irt_experiment
Install in your favorite way, I use drich-dev because it sets PATHs for me.
The sim.N_100.e_2.p_20.0.m_211.edm4hep.root you provided me with
doesn't produce output (in default or IRT2), I used one from the FULL
directory on S3.
With that, I ran
eicrecon -Pjana:nevents=100 -Ppodio:output_file="irt2.root"
eicrecon/bgmerged_10000_ep_noradcor_10x100_q2_10_100_run001.0000.edm4hep.root
and compared to the default. At least
events->Draw("ReconstructedChargedRealPIDParticles.mass") shows no
difference, I attach both plots just for emphasis.
Let me know if you would like the ROOT files.
Best,
Kolja
