Thank you for those who responded, we are getting more participants. After some discussions locally and with ePIC leadership we have a better idea. I contacted Friederike Bock about having a joint backward and LFHCAL workfest. This is a good opportunity to collaborate closer and follow their studies.

I got at least 2 people+me planning to come. If we want, we can propose a workfest, but we need more people to join. Let me know if you are interested in working on the topics:

1. Track-cluster matching, splitting

2. Position resolution study

3. Jet reconstruction with neutrals

There is a deadline of 2024.5.31 for workfest proposals for ePIC Collaboration meeting. In this case, please let me know if you plan to come to the Collaboration meeting or if you can't come at all.

This can be a nice opportunity to meet in a large group and collaborate on solving problems eg: (track-cluster matching, position resolution, cluster splitting etc.). Otherwise we can plan on joining other workfests.

I think that a priority here is to get the track-cluster matching to work and finish a 2-track position resolution study (also in DIS events).

This is a last minute call, so please respond ASAP. For details, please see John's email.
