Dear Colleagues

After discussions today, I realized that we need to organize writing of the pre-TDR in a better way. First of all I wanted to apologize for the short notice and failing to inform you in advance. As you know we all focused on finalizing the design based on the ongoing simulation studies. The pre-TDR deadline on Monday is for the purpose of internal collaboration review and it's not a final version. We clearly need more time and we have to make progress in the nearby weeks.

The pre-TDR doesn't have to be long, but needs to contain performance plots and results of performance studies. We can reference other material in it like presentations or other documents with more details of each study. I think, the beast way forward will be to involve all DSC members, so that everybody can have a say on the text of the pre-TDR. In this way we can better organize our work and your opinion is included. That's why we are going to share our part of the document in the link below:

Daniel will have to add you there (if you request), so that you can view and contribute to the document with your part of the study. The most important is to have a summary document of the studies you worked on, that can be referenced in the pre-TDR. You can also contribute to the pre-TDR as well. This needs to be done in the coming weeks. We will also put your summaries in the full summary on the Wiki page or at least reference it:

Please let me know what you think if you have any suggestions on this solution. I think this is the most collaborative way to do it.

The deadlines are below:

- preTDR draft Version0 in overleaf by SEPTEMBER 29, 2024
- internal review process of Version0 completed by the end of October 2024
- preTDR draft Version1 in overeleaf by DECEMBER 1, 2024.

I'm now writing a pre-TDR draft so it would be good if you can provide new results it's a good time to do it. We can share plots using institutional file sharing etc. Let me know if you have such solutions available.
