During the meeting we decided to shift the time of regular meetings to Wednesdays at 1000-1100h BNL time. I will send a reminder. Please try to schedule or inform about your updates ahead, because Brian may sometimes need to join the pfRICH meeting.

1. Brian presented a jet algorithms performance comparison study. I uploaded the slides:

It seems that anti-kT algorithm is a good choice for now.

2. Subhadip, could you please upload your slides?

We plan to present it at a calorimetry meeting next week. Please inform Oleg. Also, could you make a code repository for the sampling fraction calculation? We need to show sampling fraction for different particles: pi, e, n vs. kinetic energy and present it at the calorimetry meeting.

3. We shifted UIUC student's presentations to Wednesday next week.

The potential new time for the regular meeting next week is on of these options according to Doodle poll:

Tuesday 1400-1500h

Wedesday 1000-1100h

Thursday 1300-1400h

Friday 0900-1000h

Let's discuss it on Friday and confirm the dates.

Regarding beam tests, we need to start thinking about them more and plan in detail. A few main points:

1. The best solution is to join the LFHCAL and other teams and participate in their tests. This "parasitic" approach was encouraged during TIC meeting.
2. Need to have clear goals and good motivation to get funds from EIC project.
