Dear Colleagues

We've completed the preTDR and I got some feedback that it's in good-enough shape. There are of course improvements possible, but for this as we know, ePIC in general needs more time. So overall this is very good and I would like to thank you for your contributions and hard work.

Now we can reorganize our work and I plan to prepare slides about it in the nearby future. In general we need to:

1. Finish simulation studies

2. Perform tile tests

3. Prepare a prototype and organize beam tests

For the upcoming meeting on Wednesday at 1000h, please let me know if you have any updates. Subhadip, can you present? If there are no updates, let's skip the meeting this time and be ready next week. Subhadip, can you prepare an update for the next calorimetry meeting?
