Dear Colleagues

We are going to have a backward HCal DSC meeting on Wednesday at 1000h. The link is below:

This is a reminder about updates. Also Oleg plans to have a Calorimetry meeting at 1230h in order to have an open discussion about priorities for 2025. Let's discuss them and I'll bring them up at the meeting.

I think the priorities are:

1. Tile size determination

2. Prototype construction

3. Beam tests

I contacted Friederike and offered help and participation with these.
