Dear Leszek,

Let me just echo Caroline in expressing my best wishes to you as you transition to a new position in Warsaw, and to thank you for your efforts in building the nHCal group.  The backwards HCal has made enormous progress over the past few years under your leadership, and you deserve to be very proud of that success.

Regards,

John

Dear Leszek, Thank you for your leadership in the nHCal group! It is always difficult to let good and motivated people go. I look forward to working with Daniel as the new DSL and I wish you, Leszek, all the best for your new endeavors in Warsaw!

Dear Colleagues

I wanted to inform you about the important changes affecting the DSC. Around August I'm going back to Warsaw, Poland and transfer to a new experiment AEgIS. This will be my focus, but I'll still stay involved in nHCal in a limited way. In this case, I need to step down as DSL.

I wanted to thank all the DSC members, who helped develop the nHCal. We all did the hard work and it wasn't easy, but we managed to make significant progress. The recent DAC review went smoothly, which proves this point. I personally, gained valuable experience working with you on this project.

We discussed with Daniel, that he could take over as DSL from me. I think it's natural, since Daniel has a lot of experience and provided valuable advice and help. I encourage you to support Daniel as the new DSL.

Best regards, Leszek
