Thanks for the comments from Helen and Silvia.  I’ve revised the draft and comments to accommodate their comments and here are the final versions to go out.

 

I will send to CC vice/chairs (including Thomas and Ernst, since I don’t know who is in or out at this moment!) and distribute to the collaboration upon their acknowledgment.

We are a bit late in circulating the policy for collaboration review, but that is planned to go out today.

 

I’d like to meet today if we can to discuss next steps.  The usual time – 4pm CERN – please try and attend, esp. if you haven’t been in a while
