Dear colleagues,

I have received the first answer from one ePIC institute regarding the 2026 preliminary SoS.

To stay organized, I created a dedicated folder for the 2026 preliminary SoS. I also updated the tracking spreadsheet to show the current progress.

Our goal is to gather all responses by the end of October.

Thank you all for your efforts in keeping this process on schedule.

Subject: Launch of Final 2025 and Preliminary 2026 SoS Enquiry

Dear eMC,

We are ready to launch the enquiry for the final 2025 Statements of Services (SoS) and the preliminary 2026 SoS.

Please indicate in this table which institutions you will be responsible for.

Each eMC member should select approximately 17 institutions.

When sending the email, please make sure to attach the following two files:

1. 2025 preliminary SoS – to be checked by the institute. This file should be taken from this directory: 2025 preliminary SoS files

2. 2026 estimates template – to be filled in by the institute: 2026 template
