The next ePIC Membership Committee meeting will take place on Monday, October 27:  https://indico.bnl.gov/event/29894/

October 31 was set as the deadline for collecting answers from the institutes. So far, 12 institutions out of 175 have provided their responses. A reminder should soon be sent to the institute representatives.

Following the Indico platform update at BNL, the eMC Indico pages have been moved to the new Indico area: https://indico.bnl.gov/category/650/, which is synchronized with the ePIC Phonebook for authorization and access control. If you encounter any issues, please let us know.
