Dear eMC Members,

This is a reminder that our next eMC ePIC Membership Committee meeting will take place on Monday, October 27, at 11:15 AM ET (corresponding to 4:15 PM in Geneva).

We will discuss the status of the 2025 (and 2026) Statement of Service (SoS) collection.
Please recall that our target date for receiving all institutional inputs is October 31. This schedule allows the working groups and DSC conveners to review the submitted SoS forms before the end of the year.

If you are experiencing any issues obtaining responses from institutions, or have questions or need clarification about how to complete the SoS forms, please bring them up during the meeting.

We will also review preliminary statistics extracted from the current SoS submissions.

Please feel free to share any questions, comments, or discussion topics by email before the meeting.
