Dear eMC,

Here is a brief summary of today’s meeting: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/30503/

Good progress on collecting the 2025 SoS: 111 completed, 60 remaining, and 5 with issues.

• The eMC status was presented at the ePIC Council on 11/07/25.

• One new institution added: University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), bringing the 2025 accounting total to 176 institutions.

Next steps:

• Proceed with SoS accounting review even while some SoS are still pending.

• Gather and review the list of institutions that did not respond to SoS requests at a future meeting.

• Review preliminary accounting for each ePIC entity with activity coordinator
•  Preliminary accounting folder — please check if anything is missing.

• A new TAB has been added to the summary spreadsheet to track review assignments and findings:  Review tracking sheet

Follow-up:

• Two eMC members will reach out to each entity (41 entities for 11 members).

• The first assigned member (eMC #1) will lead the contact with the activity coordinators.
• A draft email to coordinators will be prepared and sent to the eMC for review.
