Dear all,

Tomorrow’s Wednesday 12/16 meeting is canceled.

Recent activities have focused on reviewing the Statements of Service together with the activity coordinators. Progress can be followed in the summary spreadsheet:

So far, four ePIC entities (out of twenty) have replied to our inquiry.

The next meeting will likely take place on January 14, in preparation of the eMC report for the EIC Council scheduled for the following week during the ePIC week at BNL.

By then, we expect additional feedback from ePIC entity conveners. In the meantime, we will continue to follow up on activities by email.

As we approach the end of the year, thank you all for your time and engagement. Wishing you a restful holiday period, and looking forward to continuing the work together in the new year.
