The current PhoneBook interface does not allow to generate an author list for a given year. It needs to be modified.

Thank you for your quick feedback!

The slides will be modified to mention the generation of reports for the various WG/DSC by leadership. Actually this is already implemented and you (ePIC Leadership + CC chairs) can generate reports at:

I’d be happy to show you a demo if needed.

Yes there is an authorship flag per year. The Phonebook currently knows only about 2025, 2026 has not been processed yet.

A comment and a question –

 

Comment: You might want to mention that leadership will be happy to generate reports for the WG/DSC’s if they want to try to identify effort they can engage.  We did this previously by using a pivot table, but the new dashboard is a huge improvement.  We provided institutions and names, but FTE commitments were not provided as this is confidential. Some conveners asked for lists with a minimum FTE cut, which we could implement:

 

Question: For the ePIC authorship flag, is this separated by year?  Is there an authorship flag for 2025 and another for 2026, etc?  What is currently displayed in the phone book.  It’s important to know this for extracting the author list for the pTDR, for example.
