Dear all,

Some notes from today’s eMC meeting:

Step 4 of the 2025 Statement of Service process is nearing completion. This should allow us to close the 2025 SoS accounting soon, with a summary to be presented at the Glasgow meeting.

We also discussed the draft of the new membership policy. The plan is to present it at the Collaboration Council meeting on May 29, with possible approval at the Glasgow meeting. Carlos kindly volunteered to draft the requirements for the supporting tools, mainly the Phonebook. This will take into account both the needs of the new policy and the experience from the 2025 SoS cycle.

The next meeting, on May 20, will be mainly devoted to reviewing comments on the draft membership policy.
