Hello, BNL plug-in folks

A couple small tidbits of good news:

1) The two circuits at Bldg 535 are confirmed to be working again.

2) One additional outlet has now been included, though not in the most 
convenient of locations. It is located on the _interior_ of the NSLS II ring 
at Service Building (SB) 4. I used this last week and it worked just fine. 
This is in the driveway immediately on the right when emerging from the 
underpass at the ring.

Walking from-and-to a vehicle parked at the new spot isn't optimal. Going 
through the underpass by foot is reasonably safe, but isn't direct to 
anywhere. And I believe that access through the buildings is restricted.
