Dear Don:

Please find attached the Hot QCD White Paper. If I understand correctly, the
procedure is to send it to you and you will post it. If not, apologies, and
please remind me if you don’t mind of the correct steps.

It was my good fortune to chair a productive and very hard working writing
group. It is likely that there may remain more typos to be corrected; if so
it is certain they are due to me. I won’t repeat what is in the
Acknowledgements, but please have a look there for more remarks along these
lines.
