Update
The mitigation steps to improve the site wide MongoDB has been completed. If you continue to see issues please reach out directly to Marcus Hanwell or Stuart Wilkins.
Description

Due to a power failure on the MongoDB backup machine, we are currently experiencing issues site-wide with mongo, impacting data collection.

We are currently working on the issue and will post with an update on the resolution of this issue.
