As we discussed in the last meeting, the foundation of the progress tracking and highlights reporting we will do is individual weekly bulleted highlights, maintained person by person in their own googledoc. These will feed into experiment level and ultimately tech team level highlights, with particularly notable ones reported in the NPPS meeting. The details we will surely refine but the foundation of individual weekly highlights we can count on. So, those who have not yet started up your googledoc & highlights, please do so. And thank you to those who have already done so. Please send me and your experiment lead your highlights by end of Wednesday so we have adequate prep time before the Fri meeting.
