Hi all,
One thing I forgot to mention this morning is that over the next days the performance evaluations will be going out. You will look at it online and then we'll discuss, I can address any questions, and we can talk informally about goals for 2020 (recall we decided we wouldn't use formal goals in peoplesoft, we will use them informally for our own purposes). Let me know when you're ready and available to discuss after you've looked at the evaluation.

A couple of reminders about the evaluations. In just about all cases an important input to the evaluation is an assessment from the experiment supervisor(s). I've used these pretty directly in the evaluations. Also keep in mind that it's not only NPPS that is new with respect to last year: the whole ranking system has been redefined and renormalized, and physics has adhered to the renormalization (ie eliminating the high side skew has been enforced).

Salary etc. will come out early next year.
