For your reference: the host password for our zoom room is 602145. If you go into participants menu you can acquire host role with this code (but may not work if you don't have a paid acct)

I recommend that if you do not have a CERN zoom account you get a BNL one. In trying to add additional hosts to the NPPS zoom room I discovered that zoom doesn't allow you to add hosts who use free accounts. Who knows what other 'paid accounts only' gotchas are lurking as well.

BNL is not renewing our contract for Bluejeans video conferencing service.  You will NOT have access to your Bluejeans account after May 31, 2021. You will need to download any recorded meetings from your Bluejeans account before May 31, 2021.

 

BNL users, with an Office 365 account, can use Microsoft Teams for video conferencing with internal and external participants. Zoom Gov is also available for BNL employees and active guests. You can submit a request for a Zoom Gov account from the ITD Self-Service Portal link below or call the ITD Helpdesk at X5522. To receive a BNL Zoom Gov account, you will need a BNL Domain account. If you have a recurring meeting in Bluejeans you will need to recreate it using Teams or ZoomGov.
